Hello and welcome to my blog today's blog is about the burger competition we did in cooking with detail on the burger that we made.
Our burger
The theme of the burger is classic restaurant burger
Texture: It had a soft texture the only crunch it had is the lettuce.
The flavor: The mustard made a present in the burger and the chicken went well with the other contents of the burger to create a nice flavor.
The color: It had a lot of colors and the yellow pattie helped too.
Improvement
Could add more flavor and make the pattie more crunchy than soft.
Judges comment Too soft and very good color.
How does color enhance the overall effect of your meals?
It makes your food look more appealing to look at so you would want to eat it more.
How does texture affect the feel of the product as you eat it?
Depending on your texture it may make your food more enjoyable to eat or less enjoyable.
Name two different ingredients you used to enhance the flavor of your meat pattie.
We used mustard and chicken
Why did you use these flavors? What did they do to your burger?
Because the chicken goes with mustard and it adds color.
How does the way takeaway places advertise their products influence our decision in what we eat?
They try to make the product look the best and most appetizing to make us want it or feel like we need it.
What are 2 safety measures that are important when storing and cooking red meat? _________
Don't cross-contaminate and make sure your meat is cooked properly because it can make you sick or wrap the meat tightly and in colder temperatures.
What is something that you have enjoyed taking part in re the design processes we have done eg cupcakes, 4 way wraps, burgers
The one I enjoyed the most the 4-way wrap I feel like there was more freedom in choice and a better experience.

Hi Ella I think you should be very pleased with your burger efforts. I liked that you tried different things with your burger and the use of the salad ingredients really gave it it's pop.
