Quarantine exercise


Hello and welcome to my blog Today's blog is about
what I've been doing to keep that in quarantine thank
you and I hope you enjoy this blog. 
What i have been doing to keep fit i have been walking
my dog around the block, filled milk bottles with water
and use those as weights and the occasional bike ride.
Thank you and i hope you are keeping fit during this isolation.
